In certain cases, patients with diplopia require simultaneous prism correction of both horizontal and vertical deviation. To keep the total prism power low, it is advantageous to prescribe oblique prisms.
This program calculates the power of the resulting prism with an oblique axis for horizontal and vertical corrections. Reverse calculations, conversions, and different distributions are also possible.
All inputs and calculations are visualized to facilitate use in medical practice.
